After a long hard look into Season Championship Night and the circumstances

of the evening (in the past if rain canceled the evening the championship

would be final with no rain date ever set up for it), Illiana Motor Speedway

has made the decision to end the regular race season. In keeping with

previous championship nights with no rain date set, the previously announced

Sept. 17th rain date has been withdrawn. As of 9/3/11 season championship

night is official. Show up points have been awarded as quoted in the rules,

"Show up with car race ready" 5 Points." Therefore all cars that were in the

pits and signed in have been given their respective show up points.

Every effort was taken by employees and teams to try to get the show in but

Mother Nature won 7 times this year. A big congratulations to fellow Dotter Race

Cars team members, Chris Woodall (2nd), Cheryl Hryn (5th), and Dylan Harmon (7th) for your performances as well this season.

Eddie Wolf has been crowned the 2011 Turbo Stock Champion!!!
